A short game made for the 1-Button Jam. Mouse or controller recommended.

Fend off hordes of bugs attacking your central processing unit, with only a Morse transmitter to help you retaliate! Fortunately, between each wave you'll get to upgrade your tools, with things such as:

  • Zapping two identical bugs with one metaphorical stone
  • Temporary shield (restores on wave start)
  • Slow down enemies

The game is fully playable with a single button (you can also press Escape to quit if you're really really stuck), including the settings. There is a setting to adjust the length of dots and dashes, by default any press under 0.25 seconds is a dot, some people find this too short, some find it too long :P

There is a sound glitch in the web version, the beep cut-off is too sharp. Because of this, I've lowered the default volume in the web build, but you can have the proper sound effects in the downloadable version.

Controls: LMB, RMB, Space, Shift, Tab, Controller L1/L2/R1/R2/A/B/X/Y

This is so awesome! I LOVE the aesthetic (the colour palette + art style + tiny bug sprites are all so great) and the way you handled menu navigation is just absolutely genius. Choosing each upgrade was super fun too - I loved the chaining one in particular. If I had to give some feedback (and if you decide to developing this further) I would have loved to continue past the final wave to see how far I could make it (you made me feel like a Morse code god by the end and I needed to be humbled LOL). Well done!
